By booking a session, programme or gift voucher with Centreforce 883 Academy, you agree to these terms.
Bookings have a 7-day cooling-off period, provided your programme has not started and your request is made at least 48 hours before your first session.
Refund requests must be made by email. A 15% administration charge applies to refunds.
Once a programme has started, no refunds or partial refunds will be offered. Where a payment plan has been agreed, the remaining balance becomes payable.
Any equipment supplied as part of a programme remains the property of Centreforce 883 Academy and/or DJ Archie School until the programme has been paid for in full.
Programmes are valid for 364 days from purchase and are non-transferable.
Standard sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.
Bookings of four hours or longer require 7 days’ notice.
Late arrival does not extend your session and lost time cannot be refunded.
If your mentor is unavailable, we may provide another suitable mentor or reschedule your session.
Group programmes operate on fixed dates and times. Missed sessions cannot normally be rescheduled or retaken.
If minimum participant numbers are not reached, we may postpone the programme start date.
Students are responsible for having suitable equipment and a reliable internet connection.
Sessions affected by technical problems on the student’s side cannot normally be rescheduled.
All sessions operate according to UK local time.
Sessions are subject to mentor and studio availability.
We aim to provide a consistent mentor, time and location but may make reasonable changes where necessary.
If a mentor becomes unavailable, we may provide a replacement or reschedule the session.
Course materials, videos, presentations and training resources remain the intellectual property of Centreforce 883 Academy and/or DJ Archie School.
They are for personal educational use only and must not be copied, shared, published or distributed without permission.
Gift vouchers have a 7-day cooling-off period and are valid for 180 days from purchase, unless otherwise stated.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue tuition where behaviour places staff, mentors or other students at risk.
We reserve the right to recover legitimate outstanding payments and take appropriate action in cases involving fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

Students successfully completing a programme will receive a certificate.
Selected students may also be offered progression opportunities through Centreforce 883 Academy, DJ Archie School or DJ Archie Agency, including further tuition, mentoring, radio and live performance opportunities.
Completion of a programme does not guarantee agency representation, paid work or performances.
Some programmes are developed and delivered in partnership with DJ Archie School.
Mentors, equipment, teaching materials, studios and progression opportunities may therefore be provided by either organisation.
For programmes purchased through the Centreforce 883 Academy website, Centreforce 883 Academy is the lead brand and primary customer contact unless stated otherwise.
