Joey G

Joey G started out back in the day on pirate radio, broadcasting on the original Chillin FM. From there, he went on to take over the station alongside DJ Bird, building his name and reputation on the underground scene.

Over the years, Joey G has played at some of London’s biggest and most well-known clubs and events, including Raindance, Bagleys, Hippodrome, Wax Club, Club Labrynth, Wembley Arena with Elevation, Astoria, Roller Express, The Bass Box, Dungeons on Lee Bridge Road, the Tesco Warehouse, Moondance, Ministry of Sound, Heavens, Camden Palace, Fabric, London Fire and Lightbox, along with many more.

His DJ journey has also taken him abroad, including Amsterdam with Elevation in the Sun and Barcelona, bringing his sound to crowds outside the UK.

Now Joey G is continuing to do what he loves, playing on one of the biggest stations in the UK — Centreforce 88.3 — keeping the old-school spirit alive while still moving forward with the scene.
